Working at an all-boys Catholic high school is a deeply rewarding experience, driven by a commitment to fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth, and character development in young men.

In addition to teaching a number of our Fine Arts classes I am art club moderator, yearbook moderator, and Fine Arts department chair.

In addition to teaching the young Men of Benedictine I serve as Video Game Club Moderator.

Through the experiences I have had as a teacher, my life has been enriched a thousand fold. Teaching involves application--teaching students to do this helps them understand the reasons behind learning and its importance for their future. We never stop learning! I am not a teacher but as an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Member I role model what it means to be a positive contributor to the community. A favorite quote “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.”

I played professional baseball for the Cleveland Indians, New York Mets and Pittsburgh Pirates for 8 years. I became an athletic director because I would like to help student athletes achieve their athletic goals in high school.
