About Benedictine High School
Benedictine High School is a Catholic, college-preparatory school committed to developing young men academically, athletically, and spiritually. Our athletic programs emphasize accountability, discipline, sportsmanship, and the development of leadership skills both on and off the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize all aspects of the program, including practices, games, and offseason development
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented culture aligned with Benedictine’s mission
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, administration, and faculty
- Promote academic excellence, character development, and sportsmanship
- Collaborate with the Athletic Department on scheduling, equipment, and program growth
- Ensure compliance with school, league, and OHSAA policies
Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience preferred (high school, club, or collegiate level)
- Strong knowledge of the sport and ability to teach fundamentals and strategy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to mentoring young men and supporting their overall development
- Required background checks and certifications per school and OHSAA guidelines
