YOUTH WRESTLING CAMP
Benedictine High School’s Wrestling Camp offers a dynamic and engaging experience for young athletes looking to develop their wrestling skills. Led by experienced coaches, the camp provides personalized instruction, focused training sessions, and the opportunity to learn advanced techniques in a supportive environment.
Coach Terrence Cheeks was a Top 8 wrestler at the 2013 NYS tournament. He was also a Freestyle and Greco State Runner-Up in 2012, Celebrated 118 wins at Newburgh Free Academy, and Wrestled Division 1 at Edinboro from 2013-2018, competing in the 197/285 weight classes. He played a pivotal role in Edinboro’s team, clinching 3rd in the NCAA in 2015 and finished 4th at the Edinboro Open in 2018. He has led the way as Benedictine’s Head Coach since 2022 (Assistant from 2019-2022) and has guided athletes to 6 State Qualifications, 2 State Placements, and 1 Fargo All-American title.
