The Benedictine Sunshine Club was created during the 2014-2015 school year. The club’s mission is to perform random acts of kindness in and out of the school. We also acknowledge all staff and faculty birthdays with cards and gifts. We also vote on one faculty or staff member, that we feel may be under appreciated, to do something extra for each month. During the Lenten season we collect donations of gift cards, cash, candy and small toys to make Easter baskets for children and teens who may be in the Domestic Violence and Children’s Advocacy Center. Our hope is to make our school and the world a better place, one kind act at a time.
